We offer morning or afternoon party time appointments. These times are usually between 10am-1pm for the morning appointment, or anytime after 3pm for the afternoon appointments. Please enquire to find out if your preferred date and time is available.
Community centres, conference centres, church halls and the like are great venues for children’s parties. There is usually great parking, kitchen facilities, toilets, plus adequate numbers of chairs and tables for parents watching the party and for the birthday tea. You can also get friends and family to help sweep up after the event is finished and go home to a quiet house! Alternatively, we are more than happy to entertain in homes, restaurants, even gyms. All we need is a large enough space to entertain your invited guests and parking. When we arrive we will require one table, on which to lay and set up the ‘party desk’, a chair and access to a power source. We arrive armed with extension leads, but the power point needs to be reachable.

Yes you do. Once a provisional booking has been made, and the booking forms emailed out to you, you will have 2-3 working days to pay the deposit to secure your party date and time. If, after the 3 days have passed, the office has not yet received your deposit or notification of its arrival, your booking will be removed from the diary. Once the deposit has been paid, it is non refundable.
After the deposit has been received, and your party date and time is confirmed, you pay the outstanding balance, via bank transfer, 3 weeks before your party date.
Yes, yes and yes! Our entertainers have lots of equipment to bring to the party and entertain your guests with. It can be extremely stressful for the entertainer if there is not parking. Please ensure your chosen venue has adequate parking.
All parties, depending on their duration, can include balloon modelling, themed party games, pass the parcel, party props, themed music, a themed character entertainer, a quiz, sweets, gold medals, prizes, a birthday gift, glitter tattoos, parachute fun, scavenger hunts and treasure hunts. You can also include princess pampering, glitter makeovers and many other options to make your party perfect for you.
Yes we do. Why not share your party with a friend for only £10 extra. ‘Like’ the Facebook page to keep up to date with current promotions and offers.

You only need one entertainer for up to and including 30 children. Of course, you can still book two entertainers whenever you like! Two entertainers are a must if you have more than 30 guests attending, can’t decide on which character to invite (so why not invite two), and are twice as much fun if you are sharing your party with a friend and can split the cost.
Once you have booked a Spellbound Party, all you need to do is to supply and organise the birthday tea, the birthday cake, the decorations and, of course, the venue. We supply the party props, music, medals, sweets and prizes. We can also supply the goodies bags so take a look at our ‘Extras’ page for our choice of sweetie goodie bags.
You can share your party with up to and including four other birthday children. The price is £10 extra per extra birthday child.
Once paid, the deposit is always non refundable. If you cancel the booking 22 days before your event (or earlier) you do not have to pay the outstanding amount. If you cancel the booking, 21 days or less, before your event, for any reason (including COVID related illness of guests, yourself or someone in your household) and you have already paid the balance in full, you forfeit the full amount paid. If you wish to book a new date, the booking process begins again and another deposit fee will need to be paid to secure a new date and time. The deposit is always non refundable and is not transferable.
This has never happened (touch wood!). However, if for some extreme reason, we cannot provide you with an entertainer for your party, you can either reschedule the party date and time or we will refund your deposit in full.
We entertain at parties in Kent, South East London, Greater London, Surrey and Sussex.
Your entertainer will call you the week of the party to discuss the finer details of the event with you. You can contact them again, any time during the week, if you have any last minute questions. We offer full contact time to all clients leading right up to your party date.
Of course! Just inform your entertainer of the number of guests and their ages, and we will arrange the entertainment accordingly.
Yes of course. We have entertained children at weddings, christenings, family work events, nursery events, play groups and school fairs. As long as children need entertainers, we will be there!
